Public Domain Contributions

On 2008-02-09 the creators of LifeCamp, Juliette Melton and Tantek Çelik decided to require that all future contributions to the LifeCamp wiki be placed into the public domain and as such have modified the login description accordingly to:

By logging in with the password lifecamp-sf or a PBwiki account you agree to release all your contributions into the public domain per the Creative Commons Public Domain License.

Past Contributions

Since folks contributed to the wiki before the required public domain declaration was put in effect, only pages created and content added on 2008-02-09 and later can be known to have been placed into the public domain per the above requirement.

For contributions before 2008-02-09, we must ask past contributors to explicitly declare that their past contributions are also placed into the public domain.

Thus in addition, pages fully authored or created by the following individuals are also similarly placed into the public domain.

If you made contributions to the LifeCamp wiki before 2008-02-09, please add your name and copy and paste the declaration exactly as it appears. Please add an entry only for yourself
